This section provides you with brief examples of what mishme can look like when an incoming message is received. As you will see, when a message arrives, your messages will always have a branded message balloon. The balloon can of course be customised to reflect the identity of the organisation.

Each message balloon can also be accompanied by an animated character that is capable of speaking to the user. The speech can be generated by a text to speech engine or alternately, a Publisher can upload a wav file that mishme will use to address the user. Your wav file may more accurately reflect the identity that you project to your users.
